"The Landlord" Premieres
"The Landlord" a short film written and produced by Chris Koruga (aka Master Fong, Fat Fong) premiered in Seattle at Karma last Sunday. Chau Luu plays Widow Lau and attended the private screening where Chris Koruga hosted for the cast, crew, friends, and family to watch the short film. Her scene will be posted soon. So stay tune....

Master Vengeancer
The premiere of Master Vengeancer was a success and the short film was well received. Go to Gallery to watch Chau Luu's scene. The short film is really funny. Currently, Chau Luu is filming "Dominance", a sci-fi action drama as lead character Shumaya Morrison. This full feature independant film will be release in 2009.

Stage Reading
A stage reading for "Big Mouth" a screen play written by Margaret G. Friedman and directed by Stephen Salamunovich will be held this Monday, February 11 at the Northwest Film Forum. Chau Luu will particpate reading for various roles. Check the calendar for details.

The Herbalist

Canada DISORIENT invades PFP
Presented by and performing with the Pork Filled Players, Disoriental is a trio of Canadians thrown into a car and told to drive to Seattle (bet your bottom dollar-CANADIAN dollar they get disoriented). Not to mention the fact that half of them are Asian. Which makes them, indeed, Disoriental. (That's your cue to laugh. Giggle? Smile, even?)
Since winning the People's Choys Award at the Vancouver Asian Canadian Theatre SKETCHOFF!#$%!! in May, Kristal Yee, Edwina Cheer & Brandon Barton (who all met while filming Off Centre Television) have been busy writing, rewriting, performing, and rewriting again, to bring you the show you're going to see! (Because you are coming to watch, aren't you? "YES!" is the correct answer here, FYI, with energy beyond belief!)
Feel free to come and say hi after the show, eh? Go Canada!

Pork Filled Players, one of Seattle's 2nd oldest sketch comedy group celebrates its 10th Anniversary with an all new show at the place where they began! PFP tackles law and order, crime and punishment, Bush and the T word. With special guests Disoriental and Assaulted Fish - longest running sketch comedy group!
Location: Theatre Off Jackson in Chinatown (International District - Seattle, WA)
